ok, here is wut you do. if something says there is a problem with your download or wutver, make a new tab, go to dolldivine on that new tab, go back to your doll and press save. this works perfectly for me but i use a mac so...yeah. I hope this works for others

Yea I use paint and I did save it as jpg. As soon as I re-sized it and I hit ok my image disappers!

First me! Does anyone else have any problems dowloading a doll? When I try to resize mine it disapers! Then I try to dowload it and It won't dowload!
