All dolls created by our members, which are marked as 'open to voting' shall be voted on
Dolls are picked in a totally random way
Each votable doll has a percentage (%) indicating how many times it has been chosen when shown next to another doll.
A doll needs to have a minimum of 20 votes before it can show up in the "Highest Rated Dolls" section
Once a doll has been voted on 50 times, it will no longer appear as 'votable' (this is to give all dolls a fair chance to be voted on). We may have competitions from time to time (e.g: 'Best Sailor Senshi of 2011'), where the 50 votes limit won't apply)
