|For this round in the contest I was given the theme traditional wild card, which threw me a little till it was explained. So hopefully this qualifies, here I have done my best to recreate the traditional dress women in Wales wore through out the 18th and 19th century. Working rural Welsh women would wear the night gowns and then wrap themselves in layers of skirts, shawls, bonnets and hats not unlike a witch's. Today they are usually only worn during Saint David's day and are usually red and white in color. She's also holding a daffodi, the Welsh national flower.
