At first, I wanted to make a gown, but with the toppings it didn't look as good as I wanted. So I decided to make something more lively and cheeky. But now Felicity looks like a cupcake ^^;

Well, I think, I could have done something better... both folds and floor are not pretty at all... Anyway, I'm confident with the result ^-^
