| She was worried about going to the school's prom. Not everyone liked her, and her powers tend to appear when she is scared or under stress making her invisible. He knew her powers, and he knew her. He loved her. So instead of the prom he took her somewhere special. He convinced her parents to push her to get a dress, headdress, and jewelry. Then when the day came, he gave her a rose and took her to a mansion instead of the school. Inside she saw others who were dressed up, of all ages. Big dresses, masks, and ballroom dancing. It was a real ball. In joy, she took his hand and danced with him the entire night in the room of strangers who never gave her another thought. It was like no one but them were there.
