Maybe its the fact that the doll has underwear on as opposed to the bare lacking of 'no no' areas on a Barbie doll. Or maybe people don't play with Barbies anymore.

Well not FULLY naked, although pretty close. I wouldn't say 'disturbed' because the human body isn't disturbing. I understand that it may make someone feel uncomfortable though. This is done so that the underwear doesn't interfere with the clothing. Just cover her in something asap and then you'll hardly have to deal with it. :)

This game doesn't have a lot of options, but I love the ones they have. The clothing is so weird. XD I just wish the waistline was a bit higher on most of the skirts.

I totally agree with everyone talking about the underclothes. Even on the games with more covering underwear I always put clothes on first.
