This app version isn't new but it works quite well so I figured I might as well post it. The original game was made by Kamirah and I, although this mobile version was made by Famobi when I was experimenting with outsourcing mobile versions. The colors of this version are not as complex as in the newest iteration of the Flash-based Puppy Maker, because it was made before the big color and genetics update. All the same, use this free, mobile-friendly game to create your own adorable dog and puppy characters.
