They were looking specifically for character creators where you can customize the shape of the face, which made me realize I had quite a few of them already. Most of these games let you pick from several different face shapes, such as rounder, longer, narrower, wider or more angular faces. In some, the differences are subtle. In others, you can change the width and length independently, giving you much more control over the character's proportions. Depending on the game, you may also be able to change the jaw, chin, cheeks or other facial features to get closer to the look you have in mind, or move facial features around. A lot of the games in this collection are Doll Divine games made by me, especially the older Doll Divine Classic games where I drew and built the whole thing myself. You'll also find lots of games by Niobesnuppa, whose character creators are especially good for detailed facial customization. These are great if you're making an original character, recreating yourself or someone from a story, designing a fan fiction character, or making an avatar or Discord PFP and the usual one-size-fits-all face just isn't cutting it.
